Grantee Check-In: Sharon Darizo

Back in July of 2020, CGN awarded a COG Development grant to Sharon Darizo. Sharon Darizo is a member of the United Church of God and lives in Nairobi, Kenya. She used her grant to complete her bachelors degree in Business Administration. Once she finished her studies, she planned on starting an apparel business of her own.

Recently, the CGN team checked back in with Sharon to see how things were going for her. We are thrilled to find out that she has completed her degree (she’ll graduate this year) and started her own thriving business! She extends her heartfelt gratitude to Church Of God Network for the invaluable financial support that enabled her to finish her studies. Watch the video below to learn more about her business:
