3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for website operation, analytics, and advertising.
Strictly necessary cookies may operate automatically because they support website functionality, security, forms, and privacy preferences.
Where required, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and other nonessential technologies will operate only after you provide consent through our cookie-preference tool. You may reject nonessential cookies or change your choices at any time by selecting “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.
CGN does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You may opt out by rejecting advertising cookies or changing your cookie preferences.
Where legally required and technically supported, CGN will also recognize applicable browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

We may share information with:
- Website-hosting, form, database, email, analytics, advertising, security, and other technology providers;

Google and Meta may receive online identifiers and website-interaction information through their technologies, subject to your consent where required.
CGN does not publicly disclose sensitive grant, aid, legal-resource, or assistance applications unless the applicant authorizes the disclosure or CGN is legally required to do so.
Online donations are processed by Anedot. CGN generally receives donor and transaction information but does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payment is handled by that processor.
