Celebrating Four Years of Unity: Happy Anniversary to the Ephesians 4 Project!

This month marks the fourth anniversary of the Church of God Network’s Ephesians 4 Project—a program dedicated to fostering unity and fellowship across the Church of God community. Over its 4th year, the project has continued to bring brethren together through various events that emphasize our shared faith and commitment to one another.

Highlights from the Past Year:

  • 60th Anniversary Celebration in Maryland: A significant milestone was celebrated as brethren from multiple generations and congregations gathered to commemorate 60 years of the Church of God in Maryland. The event featured a Sabbath service and a communal dinner, reflecting a deep sense of unity and shared history.
  • 4th Annual “In Him” Men’s Retreat: Held in February 2025 at Shepherd of the Ozarks in Arkansas, this retreat brought together 19 men from 11 different states and various Church of God fellowships. The weekend was filled with spiritual discussions, team-building activities, and meaningful connections that transcended organizational lines.
  • UK Fellowship Event: In the United Kingdom, brethren organized a Sabbath service and dinner dance that welcomed over 180 attendees from five different Church of God organizations. The event exemplified the project’s mission to build bridges within the global Church of God community.
  • California Summer BBQ: The second annual California Summer BBQ, organized by James Navarro, continued its tradition of bringing together members from various Church of God groups for a day of fellowship and unity.

These events highlight the Ephesians 4 Project’s ongoing commitment to nurturing connections and fostering a spirit of unity within the Church of God. As we celebrate this four-year milestone, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have participated, organized, and supported these endeavors!

Looking ahead, we are excited to see how the Ephesians 4 Project will continue to inspire and facilitate fellowship among brethren. If you’re interested in organizing a cross-organizational event or supporting the project, we encourage you to learn more and get involved.

Together, let’s continue to embody the unity and love that the Apostle Paul spoke of in Ephesians 4:3—”Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
