Church of God Network Welcomes Rashida Curtis to the Board
Church of God Network (CGN) is thrilled to announce the addition of Rashida Curtis to our board of directors! Rashida brings a dynamic blend of creativity, passion, and devotion to our mission of fostering connection and collaboration among brethren.
Born in Chicago, IL, Rashida studied Theatre Arts and Vocal Performance at Point Park University and graced some of Chicago’s most respected stages, including the Steppenwolf Theatre. Her rich background in the arts has imbued her with a unique ability to inspire, connect, and engage those around her—a gift she now brings to our Church of God Network team.
Though Rashida was born in the Church of God, she chose to affirm her faith through baptism in August 2019. Today, she attends Active Bible Church of God, an independent congregation in Illinois, and is deeply committed to nurturing her spiritual growth while strengthening connections among brethren. Her personal journey fuels her dedication to building bridges within the Church, helping members know one another, collaborate, and support each other in meaningful ways.
Outside of her professional and spiritual pursuits, Rashida delights in getting lost in a good book, exploring new flavors through cooking, enjoying heart-to-heart conversations with loved ones, and uncovering cinematic treasures in the Criterion Collection.
We are excited to see Rashida help guide CGN into its next chapter. Her presence on the board strengthens our mission to create a more connected, supportive, and vibrant Church of God community worldwide.
Please join us in welcoming Rashida Curtis to the Church of God Network board!
